I am a director and theatre-maker working across the UK. I trained on the MFA Theatre Directing at Birkbeck, University of London, and on the National Theatre Studio Directors Course.
I am an Associate Artist with The Point, Eastleigh for 20/21, and an Associate Artist of Omnibus Clapham.
I have directed work in London and across the UK, including Southwark Playhouse, Theatre 503, Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse, Derby Theatre and York Theatre Royal.
I am a text-based director with extensive experience in new work and writing. I am passionate about classic and contemporary material. I love work that plays with form and embraces immediacy and story-telling.
My work often explores spatial practice and politics, and the relationship between the performer, the audiences and the space in which the work happens.
I am a Script Reader for the Royal Court Theatre London and I teach and direct at drama schools including RADA, Identity Drama School, CityLit, and London College of Music. I also work as a freelance dramaturg and script editor.
